It is easy, the following are the steps to increase weights
First, do not eat breakfast. Sleep as much as you can and wake up at the nick of the time which enough for wash-up and make ups.
Secondly, before lunch, get yourself a packet of chips or a bar of chocolate. OH.... for exercising your mouth.lol
Thirdly, Lunch time. Eat anything you like. Preferable carbs because you need energy for the rest of the day. After lunch time, better not to do exercise or walk around. Best to just sit down and this is when your fat butt and big tummy start to form
Fourthly, tea-time. Eat either bread, cookies, cakes and sip a cuppa milky coffee.
It's time for a short nap. Go for a nap after tea-time.
It's dinner time when you wake up. So, get prepared for the nicest meal of all. Dinner should include sodium, protein and must have desert. It is advisable to take ice-cream. After having the dinner. Sit in front of the computer or starting to do homework until you are so exhausted and head to bed.
See? isn't so simple to gain weight? Oh yes, the most important and significant one
DO NOT DO ANY EXERCISE!!!!! bare in mind.
With this, I gurantee you to gain at least 1 kg per week.
